While exploring the Pazo’s own ten-hectare grounds, you will enjoy a wonderful stroll through its meadows and oak grove, alongside small streams with the soothing sound of running water, camellias, and ferns beneath the trees. Near the Pazo, along the surrounding road, you can often see locals from the village of Boimorto walking in the mornings and at sunset, drawn by the area’s beauty. It is an ideal setting for casual hikers.

Hiking routes in Boimorto are one of the best ways to enjoy the landscape. However, it is not always easy to find the best trails on your own.
The Boimorto Town Council proposes a series of routes that visit the most beautiful spots. Following paths with very little traffic, these trails are ideal for exploring on foot.
Boimorto Route. This hike follows the Ancient Roman Road that once passed through the municipality, right through the heart of the current village of Boimorto. It also coincides with a section of the Northern Way (Camino Norte).
Dormea Route. On this walk through the parish of Dormea, you will visit natural viewpoints and historical landmarks such as the Chapel of San Brais, the Rectory, and the Pazo de Vilanova.
Sendelle Route. This is one of the shortest routes, yet it is exceptionally rich in historical monuments.
Os Anxeles Route. A stroll through the parish of Anxeles, featuring highlights such as the Pazos of Lineiro and Verea, and religious sites like the Assumed Chapel and the Church of Santa María de Anxeles.
